About Us

Built on experience.
Shaped by relationships.
PR and marketing, made Eazier.

Eazier started with a simple idea.

We believed there was a better way to work with a PR and marketing agency.

One where experienced people stay close to the work. Where clients don’t have to teach their agency their industry. Where strategic thinking and creative ideas come from people who genuinely understand the business behind the brief.

Where working with an agency feels less like managing another supplier and more like having experienced people in your corner.

That’s why we created Eazier.

Meet the people behind Eazier

Eazier is founded by Elizabeth Zbaraska and Rick Hollister, two senior communications professionals who have spent their careers helping businesses build visibility, influence and reputation.

With more than 25 years of experience in PR and communications, we have worked across the built environment and beyond, advising businesses at different stages of growth and helping them navigate everything from brand positioning and media relations to reputation, thought leadership and integrated campaigns.

Eazier is a consultancy built around the things we’ve always believed make a successful client and agency relationship: experience, understanding, and results.

We understand the built environment

Our careers have given us a close-up view of the industries that create, build, manage and transform the places around us.

We’ve worked with manufacturers and building product businesses. Construction companies. Technology providers. Property and development businesses. Infrastructure organisations. The people responsible for marketing everything from highly technical products to major projects.

Today, we bring that experience not just to your quarterly meetings, but to your day-to-day account team.

When you work in a complex sector, you don’t want to spend your time explaining what your business does to the people you’ve hired to promote it.

At Eazier, we understand the terminology, the stakeholders, the buying cycles, the regulations and the pressures.

Meaning we can get to work, without you getting us up to speed.

Elizabeth Zbaraska - Co-Founder and managing director

Libby helps businesses across the built environment turn complex subjects into stories, strategies and campaigns that build reputation and support commercial growth.

Libby (Elizabeth) Zbaraska is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Eazier, a senior-led PR and marketing consultancy specialising in the built environment.

With over a decade of experience in communications, Libby’s career has spanned regional journalism, in-house marketing and agency roles, culminating in a Client Services Director position before she founded Eazy in 2025. She has worked with businesses ranging from global brands to SMEs and not-for-profits, across construction, HVAC, manufacturing, building products, property and other complex sectors.

Libby is strategy-first, taking time to understand where a business is, where it wants to go and what communications can do to help it get there. She specialises in taking technical, complex and highly regulated subjects and finding the stories and angles that will engage the people businesses need to reach.

Well-connected across the construction industry, Libby has built longstanding relationships with journalists, industry organisations and businesses throughout the sector. A self-confessed people person, she uses those relationships to create connections and opportunities that have genuine commercial value for clients.

Libby has led award-winning campaigns and works across communications strategy, media relations, thought leadership, content and integrated campaigns. She is also Editor-at-Large for the Construction & Built Environment Marketing Network and regularly chairs and contributes to industry events and discussions.

Good PR starts with understanding a business, its people, its audiences and the market it operates in. That’s what allows us to give sound advice, reach the right people and make an impact. Our job isn’t just to build brands, but to challenge internal thinking. I believe you can only do that when you genuinely understand the industry and the people within it.

Rick Hollister - Co-founder and director

Rick helps built environment brands tell better stories, find the angles that matter, and build reputations that stand out in competitive markets.

Rick Hollister is Co-Founder and Director of Eazier, a senior-led PR and marketing consultancy helping organisations across the built environment communicate with clarity, confidence and purpose.

With 15 years’ experience in PR and communications, Rick has worked with businesses across B2B and B2C markets, helping brands find their voice, sharpen their positioning and connect with the audiences that matter most.

His career has spanned multiple sectors, from construction and manufacturing to technology, financial services and consumer brands. That breadth of experience means that he understands that effective communications are built on strong foundations. It’s essential to know your audience, understand what makes your business different and turn complex ideas into stories people want to hear.

Rick has a natural instinct for what makes a story resonate alongside a commercial understanding of what businesses need from communications. He believes great PR is not just about securing coverage but building credibility, influencing conversations and creating long-term brand value.

His role includes developing brand strategy and key messages, managing reputation, creating thought leadership and building integrated campaigns. He provides senior counsel that helps organisations navigate complex markets and make the most of every opportunity.

The best communications come from understanding the people behind the business. By understanding their ambitions, challenges and what makes them unique, we create campaigns that resonate with the right audiences and build reputations that last.
